We appreciate the many businesses that support Twin Cities Live throughout the year. The COVID-19 virus outbreak has had an impact on many of the businesses. Here is how you can still show your support as we get through these extraordinary times.
Minnesota Rusco, Minnesota Shower and Bath and Minnesota Home Guys are doing something pretty cool in the way of helping other local businesses. They are giving a $25 Local restaurant gift card for every appointment that’s made that people can use now (in a drive through or take out situation) or later when they re-open their doors. It’s just one simple way that local businesses can support other local businesses during this time.
Beginning Wednesday, March 18th through Sunday, March 29th, The Olive Grove will be closed to in-store customers. We will, however, still be working each day fulfilling phone and online orders. If you prefer to order by phone, please call us at 651-686-4710, and we will call you back as soon as possible if we are not available. If you select the “local in-store pick up” option while shopping online, we will contact you directly and let you know when we will be in throughout the week for you to pick up your order.
In addition to our Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more, we will be offering $9.50 flat-rate shipping on all other orders in the contiguous United States through March 29th.
In these troubling times rest assure Haskell’s will continue to operate as long as the state says we can. Our stores are open. We are keeping them clean, and practicing social distancing to the best of our abilities. Safety is always our primary concern, especially during this current health crisis. To protect Haskell’s employees and customers, we’re operating in accordance with new guidelines from the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health.
To ensure Haskell’s remains the Twin Cities best option for adult beverages available, we’re offering FREE curbside pickup, FREE Will Call (in store pick up) on all orders. In addition, you can STAY HOME & get us to deliver. We will continue to offer FREE Delivery on orders of $100 or more within the Twin Cities metro*. We are still open! Per no seating and take out only structure, we remain open 10-2 Monday thru Saturday. Our address is: 3359 Gorham Ave, St Louis Park 55426. We are often open extended hours – if you see our open sign out, we are open!
As we all try to wrap our heads around this whole thing, what matters most is love and sharing it. So many we love in the hospitality world are affected, along with so many others. We too cling to hope of survival thru this as many events, wholesale orders, corporate orders and weddings have been canceled. In this dilemma I will cling to my beliefs. It’s always better to give and to believe it’ll come back. After all we’ve been thru, we are still standing to prove this!
So here’s what we’re doing to help, starting March 20th: 1) Free delivery within 10 mile radius of your order of $25 or greater. 2) We will bring your orders out to your car. 3) If you are facing a financial challenge or have kids home from school you’re struggling to feed, we are offering 2 free slices per household from March 20- March 28. 4) We have 3 unused offices that are distanced apart. If you need to get work done, you may reserve these for 3 hours free any day of the week. 5) If you know of someone in St Louis Park, Edina. Golden Valley, or Hopkins that needs a slice to raise their spirits, let me know and I’ll try my best to leave a surprise on their doorstep. We don’t own a delivery vehicle and couriers are expensive, so it’ll likely be me delivering. Stay patient as there is just one Tami plus 2 employees attempting to do it all on very tiny margins plus low receivables. I have faith. Keep the good spirit going! #EverythingIsGoingtoBeOk *Love, Tami (firstname.lastname@example.org)

2020 sure has started with a bang! Just weeks ago we signed a lease and officially announced the opening of our first Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor in the Twin Cities. We were overwhelmed by the positive feedback we were receiving from our fans and the media. Excitement, joy and anticipation were words that came to mind. Don’t get me wrong, they still are! With the surprise of the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic, we have now added in words like unknown, nerves and anxiety. Our original plan was to open late May/early June. We are still aiming for that goal but it may be a bit more fluid as we adapt to the current times. What we do know is this, ‘this too shall pass’. Eventually, restrictions will be lifted and everyone will be itching to get out and resume their normal lives. Our plan is to be ready for you as soon as we can! We are pushing forward with our build out and no plans have changed besides a possible adjustment to our timeline.
With that being said, we have had many people reach out about how they can support us during these tough times. We are a small family owned business facing new challenges like so many others. Here are a few ideas of how you can support Bridgeman’s during this time of transition:
1) Buy our ice cream at your local market! Click here to see a complete list of locations. Many are also small businesses that could use your support!
2) Like, Comment and Share ALL of our Facebook posts! Increasing traffic to our social media will help ensure as many people as possible are receiving our notifications and updates.
3) Support our neighbors! We will be located at 2110 Eagle Creek Lane (Eagle Valley Marketplace). Help ensure our little shopping center stays afloat during these tough times. This will help us maximize foot traffic near our parlor when we do open.
4) We have decided to sell discounted gift cards for those interested! These are e-gift cards that you will be emailed. They are good for the Bridgeman’s Ice Cream Parlor in Woodbury only. We want you to be ready and eager to stop on in once our doors open! Click this link to purchase.
Use Promo Code:
- GC25 for $5 off $25 Gift Card
- GC50 for $10 off $50 Gift Card
- GC100 for $20 off $100 Gift Card
