Over the last 3-years we’ve brought you stories about kids in need of an adoptive family and love to bring you updates. This one is about 2 young girls who dreamed of not only being adopted, but adopted together. Julia and Vanessa met when they were just 9 and 10 in a group home. They quickly became best of friends and like family. But then they were split up and moved to different foster homes, hours apart.
We heard about the girls and back in April of 2016, were able to bring them together to paint pottery in St. Cloud. In this Kid Connection, Twin Cities Live reporter Kelli Hanson shows us how one amazing family has made their dream of becoming sisters come true.
