It’s Women’s Health Week and May is Mental Health Month. Alisha Perkins and Colleen Lindstrom say the two go hand in hand. We’ve chatted with the pair from the Chili and Mimosas about their mental health advocacy, but their ready to start a new chapter.
Alisha and Colleen have teamed up with Allison Offerman, a certified Running Coach, to create a running program that teaches you how to run, but not away from your problems. Alisha is a seasoned runner and is clinically diagnosed with Anxiety. But running, she has learned, has been her stress reliever and her outlet.
