5-10 min warm up
- Push up to side plank (total body)
- Run to the neighbor’s mailbox and back (cardio)
- Plank shoulder taps (core strength, shoulder stability)
- Lunge down the driveway and back (lower body)
- Table top to boat, or reverse plank to pike (core strength and stability)
- Side shuffles to the neighbor’s mailbox and back (cardio)
- Yoga mat broad jumps or lunges with a shuffle back (lower body & cardio)
