Just because your quarantining yourself at home, you can still get in a good workout! Free virtual workouts are exploding all over the internet. Kelli shares three to try out this week.
- Group Fitness at The Warehouse – Nickie Carrigan is offering members of her fitness studio access to classes virtually. You sign up for a class, log in, and you do group fitness. - Need more variety? Nourish Move Love with Lindsey Bomgren – she’s been offering free workout on her website for years. You pick workout by length, type, and equipment. She has 30-Day workout calendars and also offers prenatal workouts.
- Relax but still get a workout in with Exercise 180 – Annalicia Lynn posts free yoga workouts on Facebook everyday. You can also find them on the Exercise 180 Youtube channel. Become a member and get access to all of her workouts.
Minnesota’s Wellness Community has banded together and is offering hundreds of resources through a new platform called Sweat Minnesota. Check it out for a list of resources for all kinds of virtual fitness classes.
