Monday Night Meal: Thanksgiving Burrito

Chances are you still have lots of thanksgiving leftovers that you don’t want to go to waste. Instead of reheating up the same meal, our next guest says you should combine all of your thanksgiving favorites into one dish.

The chef from Alary’s Bar, Mik German stopped by with a Thanksgiving Burrito recipe.


1 cup mashed potatoes
3 ounces shredded turkey
3 ounces stuffing/dressing
1/4 cup corn

How to make it:

Reheat all of the ingredients
Place on a warm 10 inch flour tortilla
Roll the tortilla into a burrito
Add 1/2 cup turkey gravy
Pour over the top of the burrito
