Coco and Lala bring to life tasty vegetarian and vegan recipes. They run a Facebook page called Keeping Up with Coco and Lala where every week they dive into recipes and reviews. They stopped by the TCL studio with a Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding recipe.

3 Ripe Avocados
1/4 cup Almond Milk
6 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1. Cut avocados in half and scoop out avocado and place in a food processor.
2. Add the non-dairy milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and powdered sugar to the food processor or blender. Cover and process until fully and process until fluffy
3. Sprinkle salt on top if desired
