· Basic: red pizza sauce + mozzarella + green peppers + mushrooms + pepperoni
· Pesto: basil pesto sauce + mozzarella + basil leaves
· Margherita: red pizza sauce + mozzarella + basil leaves + drizzle of olive oil
· Taco: leftover taco meat (beef or chicken) + cheddar + red onions
· Flatbread: drizzle of olive oil for sauce + chopped arugula + prosciutto + burrata cheese
Easy Balsamic Dressing:
• 8 Tbsp. olive oil
• 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Shake or whisk together until emulsified. Store any leftovers in the fridge and let it come to room temperature before serving or run it under warm water until the olive oil is liquefied.
