Beet and Meat Stir-Fry
Boneless chicken thigh
1/2 golden beet
1 large radish
Salt and pepper
Trader Joe’s Everyday Spice
Trader Joe’s Yum Yum Sauce
Cut chicken thighs into medium size pieces.
Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and Trader Joe’s Everyday Spice
Cut golden beets into about 1/2″ slices. Cut off peel, then cut in to medium squares.
Cut Radishes into similarly sized squares as beets.
Over high heat let 2 large spoonfuls of Olive oil heat up for a minute.
Add radishes and beets. Let them cook for a minute then stir and let them cook again.
Add chicken and stir fry until meat is firm and cooked through
Remove to serving dish. Toss liberally with Trader Joe’s Yum Yum sauce.
Serve over rice.
Yum Yum Sauce Replacement Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 spoonful Worstershire Sauce
1 spoonful onion powder
1 spoonful garlic powder
1 spoonful Sriracha Sauce
1 spoonful freshly ground pepper
Place all ingredients in bowl and stir to combine.
