Cry Baby Craig’s Hot Sauce began when the wrong batch of peppers was shipped to Craig Kaiser’s restaurant. He decided to preserve and pickle them. But then had a wild idea to blend them up, throwing in garlic and spices. What he created is now a hot selling hot sauce in 41 states.
