Eating the Right Amount of Protein

Research shows that our bodies can digest 30 to 50 grams of protein at a time, but the optimal amount for building and maintaining muscle is 30 grams at a meal. And instead of piling all your protein into one meal, it’s best to spread out your protein through the day, incorporating it into all meals and snacks.
