Build Your Immunity

Kate Doubler, The Real Food RN, stopped by the studio with some tips on how to naturally build your immune system during cold and flu season.

Kate’s Flu Shot:

– 2 lemons, juiced
– 3 raw garlic cloves
– 3 Tbsp raw honey
– 1 Tbsp ginger (juice or powder)
– 1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne (depends on what you can handle)
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1 cup water

-Blend it all in a blender, sip throughout the day
