Many Minnesotans remember the Halloween Blizzard on 1991. But this past weekend, another mid-autumn snowstorm made a name for itself. Ok. It wasn’t really a snowstorm. Just a little bit of snow. And by a little bit we mean most parts of the metro didn’t have measurable accumulation at all. But Steve Patterson won’t let the facts get in the way of a good story. So he took to the streets to find out how Minnesotans are coping with this early encounter with Old Man Winter.
