Eat a Heart Healthy Diet: Fruits, Vegetables, whole grains, nuts, healthy fats, low dairy, low fat meats, fish and seafood (2-3 times a week)
Exercise: 30 mins–2x/week muscle work out, 30 mins burst walk
Sleep more: Studies have shown that too little (less than 5 hrs) or too much (more than 9 hours) can have as much as a 35-40 percent increase in cardiac problems.
