#Porkapalooza: Pork Belly

The owner of Animales Barbecue Company, Jon Wipfli, stopped by to celebrate #Porkapalooza, presented by the Minnesota Pork Board. He shares his techniques for making the perfect pork belly, along with three ways for using it, including a Pork Belly BLT.

Ingredients:

Toasted bread
3 slices smoked pork belly (salt, pepper and brown sugar rub)
2 slices heirloom tomatoes
Watercress
Slather of Mayo
