Ingredients:
2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
EVOO or Avocado oil
Taco seasoning packets
Directions:
Add oil to a pan, then add chickpeas to pan
Brown chickpeas & add taco seasoning
Add seasoning packets
Sauté for 1 more minute
Add to taco shells or lettuce cups
Top with tomatoes, sour cream, black beans, cheese, avocado – or any other taco topping you prefer
