Baker Zac Young finished in the final four on Bravo’s “Top Chef: Just Desserts.” He’s also the chef behind the PieCaken, the sweet treat stacking a pecan pie with a pumpkin pie with an upside down apple cake. Zac can be seen on the Cooking Channel, Food Network and on Netflix’s cooking competition, “Nailed It.” He also has a bake shop inside Rosedale Center. Zac stopped by the Twin Cities Live kitchen to show off his latest creation, a two-foot tall chocolate squirrel stuffed with candy.
Zac’s chocolate squirrel is available for purchase through Easter inside Revolution Hall at Rosedale Center.
