1 tsp Garlic
5 ea Butter Pads
pinch of granulated garlic
1 tsp salt
2 oz Wild Mushroom
2 oz Button Mushroom
2 oz Sherry
1 oz Balsamic Vinegar
5 oz Heavy Cream
¼ cup Parmigiano
6 oz Fedelini
Place everything in the pan except noodles, cream, wine, balsamic and cheese.
Heat until aromatic. Hit the pan with some wine then cook it off.
Add a little Balsamic and reduce. Add the cream and reduce down until starting to thicken. Add cheese to thicken it up then toss the noodles in.
Plate in a bowl and garnish with parsley and parmesan.
