Cooking instructor Nancy Berguson stopped by the TCL kitchen to share some tasty last minute sweet treat ideas for the 4th of July.
Premade minature tart shells 8 ounce container of mascarpone cheese 3 tbsp confectioners’ sugar 1/2 cup freshly made whipping cream Sliced blueberries Sliced strawberries Steps: 1. Beat cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth 2. Gently fold in whipped cream 3. Fill tart shells with scoop or decorating bag and smooth over 4. Trim tarts with blueberries and sliced strawberries 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve
