Chips pairing: Bacio della Luca Prosecco
Cheese pairing: Macon Lugny

Fruit sauce:
Equal parts butter, dark rum and brown sugar.
Melt together to dissolve the sugar. When cool, add cut fruit to rum mixture. When ready to grill, place fruit over indirect heat. Sugar will carmelize in a short amount of time. It’s great served over ice cream!
