The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is celebrating fall with all sorts of family fun. On Saturday, September 30th the Fall Harvest Festival will feature live music, face painting, pumpkin bowling, a kiddie hay maze and more. There will also be food.
The Scarecrow Village is also back. Several unique scarecrow creations have been made. They are set up in different locations throughout the arboretum. Guests can even contribute by making their own scarecrow for the village. A body base, stuffing, and a head is provided. The cost is $10 per scarecrow. You can also take it home with you.
The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum has more than 1,200 acres of gardens and trees. They also have several miles of trails. The arboretum was established in 1958.
